A distinctive Pacamara produced by Ramiro Ortiz at Rajuanse Estates in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. Grown at between 1,100 and 1,200 metres above sea level, carefully washed and graded SCA 83.25, this single origin is captured through our specialty freeze-drying process so that its character can travel wherever you do.
Expect a sweet, fruit-led cup with crisp green apple and warm, toasty notes. Clean and balanced, with enough fruit to keep it lively and a comforting roasted character through the finish.
